We work with established, owner managed companies across the Greater Toronto Area and Canada wide. Most arrive with something specific: a cleanup postponed one year too long, a group structure nobody can reconcile, or a question from the CRA they cannot presently answer.
The practice is deliberately small. Cleanup work is technical and requires judgement, so files are handled by people who have done it for decades rather than allocated to whoever has capacity.

Alla Levit
More than thirty years in accounting, specialising in complex and multi entity cleanup work.
Her work centres on back year CRA reconciliations, holding company and intercompany structures, and the system integrations required to keep a file accurate once the cleanup is complete. That final stage is the one most engagements omit.
She is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. Her standard has not shifted in three decades. Every number ties, and the owner understands why. Anything short of that eventually costs the client more than doing it properly would have.
Owners often begin by apologising for the state of their books. It is rarely warranted. The condition of the file is simply where the work starts.
